The Need
Since the first century, there has never been a time when completing the Great Commission is more achievable.
Yet for this to occur in our lifetime, leaders around the world must make it their priority to provide every person the opportunity to hear of the only hope of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ.
Our ministry is to come alongside leaders to encourage and equip them to multiply disciples who will ignite church planting movements in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia.
Who We Are
Keeping Up With Mike and Kathi
Born the oldest of seven, Kathi grew up in Taiwan, Germany, Hawaii and several States.
Mike was born in Germany, lived in Italy and grew up in Florida.
We met as juniors in high school in Stuttgart, Germany, fell in love and were married after our sophomore year of college.
Mike retired early from a secular career to lead local churches for sixteen years as an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Free Church of America.
We were sent as global ambassadors from Grace EFC in Louisville to serve initially with ReachGlobal. After a short time living in the Middle East, we travelled globally training movement-minded national leaders.
In December 2019, we transitioned to Strategic Impact International. We continue traveling globally, with a special emphasis on the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia.
God has blessed us with three grown and married children and twelve grandchildren.
What We Do
Mike and Kathi serve on a small team of international, movement-minded leaders passionately committed to Jesus Christ and to each other for the fulfillment of His Great Commission. We travel in and around the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia seeking to mobilize national leaders to share the same passion to offer every person the only hope of eternal life in Jesus Christ.
We help these leaders grow in their Christ-like character so that they lead from transformed hearts that truly love God and people.
We then assist these steward leaders to grow in competence as they clarify their God-given vision for multiplying disciples through fruitful evangelism and transformational churches, turning dreams into realities through effective strategies, measurable goals and practical plans.
Finally, we connect these leaders with others around the world for encouragement, mentoring and healthy, mutually beneficial partnerships.

We help leaders then EXPERIENCE the Great Commission through a three-day intensive experience in personal growth, leadership and church planting.
Learn and Live the Great Commission
We enable leaders to LEARN and LIVE the Great Commission through a one-year team journey of growing in Christ and multiplying church planters and churches.
Be and Do the Great Commission
Through workshops that drill deeper on essential character and competency issues, we help leaders BE the transformed leaders God desires them to be so that they can then DO His work with integrity.
Lead and Launch the Great Commission
From those who have completed this journey of multiplying church planters, we mobilize leaders to LEAD and LAUNCH the Great Commission in their countries and regions through a one-year team experience multiplying leaders and church planting movements.
Multiply the Great Commission
Finally, we gather disciple-making leaders to MULTIPLY the Great Commission through annual, three-day Fan-The-Flame Summits that equip, encourage and engage leaders in strategic planning for every major region of the world.
